Personal sickness

In the unfortunate event of sickness or becoming seriously ill, a personal sickness insurance policy will provide you with cover and peace of mind, knowing that your monthly outgoings, including the payments such as your mortgage or home loan, can still be met. Please note, benefits are usually only paid for 12 months.

A personal sickness insurance policy itself is not compulsory, but it makes a lot of sense to protect your self with such an insurance policy.
